(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Group CEO: Yukihiro Maru) will hold the National Knowledge Manufacturing Conference 2026 on Friday, March 27, 2026. The panel session will be entitled "Top Management's Determination to 'Branding' Accelerates Growth - How to Achieve Behavioral Change in Employees and Organizational Transformation" (session partner: Envision Co., Ltd.).
To shift the company toward the future, it is necessary to promote behavioral change among employees and transform the organization. The first step in this process is for the top management to personally envision a vision. This will create "comrades" both inside and outside the company, and the company's "character" (=brand) will be reconstructed and realized as a new business. In this session, we will discuss "Branding for a New Era" from the two perspectives of a top executive who has led organizational transformation as a leader, and an expert who has been involved in numerous corporate branding projects as an external partner.
