This learning led to the decision to implement Chatbot, which consolidates our own knowledge of painting technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meister's Grit, which stands for \"a painter that keeps challenging itself,\" has developed its business on the strength of its advanced painting technology. As a result, many of the inquiries we receive from outside the company are highly challenging and require specialized knowledge and experience to answer. On the other hand, skilled personnel are not always available to respond to inquiries. As a result of delays in responding to inquiries, there have been times when business opportunities have been missed. One of the goals of introducing Chatbot was to reduce such opportunity losses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ltd. was in charge of the development of the Chatbot, which integrates painting technology and know-how. Ltd. and Sanko Giken Co., Ltd. to develop the Chatbot \"Sanko-kun\". In addition to avoiding lost sales opportunities, two major changes have occurred.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Improved operational efficiency<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The number of times the master craftsman had to stop work each time he responded to an inquiry was reduced.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Facilitate learning and technical understanding<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: People who want to learn about painting techniques both inside and outside the company are now actively using the program to help them understand.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Even a trivial question is answered immediately, creating an environment that facilitates the resolution of questions that were previously reserved for \"not good enough to ask a master craftsman. This case can be said to be one of the initiatives that concretely demonstrate \"a future in which the manufacturing industry's technology and knowledge will be concentrated in Chatbot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The National Knowledge Manufacturing Conference will host the National Knowledge Manufacturing Conference 2026 on Friday, March 27, 2026 to further promote the social implementation of knowledge.
