[National Knowledge-Based Manufacturing Conference 2024, to be held on April 12] Three organizations have been confirmed to participate as supporting organizations

Lifeness Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director and Group CEO: Yukihiro Maru) will host the National Knowledge-Based Manufacturing Conference 2024 on Friday, April 12, 2024. The following three organizations have been confirmed as sponsors for this event.

The National Knowledge Manufacturing Conference is a forum that embodies “knowledge manufacturing”—the creation of new knowledge through the combination of existing knowledge. In contrast to Japan, with its declining birthrate and aging population, the world’s population continues to grow rapidly, and markets are steadily expanding. At the same time, however, the world faces a mountain of challenges. Conventional industrial structures, which have downplayed environmental impacts, have already reached their limits, and a new model of industry that achieves harmony between humanity and the Earth is urgently needed.

On this occasion, the following organizations will participate as sponsors: the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation (SME Support, Japan), an independent administrative agency responsible for implementing small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) policies that provides support tailored to companies’ growth stages and management challenges; the Japan Finance Corporation, which provides business loans to entrepreneurs and small-scale business operators; and Ota Ward, which is allowing us to use the Ota City Industrial Plaza PiO as the venue for this event.
