National Knowledge Manufacturing Conference 2025 4/18】3 financial institutions have been selected to participate as cooperative support organizations.

Lifeness Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director and Group CEO: Yukihiro Maru) will host the National Knowledge-Based Manufacturing Conference 2025 on Friday, April 18, 2025. We are pleased to announce that the following three financial institutions have agreed to participate as supporting partners.

The National Knowledge Manufacturing Conference is a forum that embodies “knowledge manufacturing”—the creation of new knowledge through the combination of existing knowledge. In contrast to Japan, with its declining birthrate and aging population, the world’s population continues to surge, and markets are steadily expanding. At the same time, however, the world faces a mountain of challenges. Conventional industrial structures, which have downplayed environmental impacts, have already reached their limits, and there is a growing need for a new industrial model that achieves harmony between humanity and the Earth.
The National Knowledge Manufacturing Conference, organized by Lifeness, serves as the platform for creating such opportunities, and the partner support organizations work alongside Lifeness to expand this initiative into their respective regions.
The three financial institutions that have recently decided to participate are partners that will work alongside Lifeness to jointly promote the “Regional Tech Planter” acceleration program in their respective regions. Regional Tech Planter aims to create new industries in local communities based on research findings from regional universities and other research institutions, as well as to foster mega-ventures capable of making an impact on the global stage. Teams discovered through the Regional Tech Planter program will also participate in the National Knowledge-Based Manufacturing Conference.
