Meister's Grit, Inc. participated in the National Knowledge Manufacturing Conference 2025 (held on April 18, 2025),Grand Prize of the National Knowledge Manufacturing Awards 2024: "The Future of Manufacturing Technology and Knowledge Converged on Chatbot"(in Japanese history)Sanko Giken Corporation x Amplat Corporation), we sympathized with them. This learning led to the decision to implement Chatbot, which consolidates our own knowledge of painting technology.
Meister's Grit, which stands for "a painter that keeps challenging itself," has developed its business on the strength of its advanced painting technology. As a result, many of the inquiries we receive from outside the company are highly challenging and require specialized knowledge and experience to answer. On the other hand, skilled personnel are not always available to respond to inquiries. As a result of delays in responding to inquiries, there have been times when business opportunities have been missed. One of the goals of introducing Chatbot was to reduce such opportunity losses.
Ltd. was in charge of the development of the Chatbot, which integrates painting technology and know-how. Ltd. and Sanko Giken Co., Ltd. to develop the Chatbot "Sanko-kun". As a result, "Maiguri-chan" was born, a Chatbot that can handle "systematized knowledge" of the painting process, such as paint selection, surface preparation, construction conditions, and quality assurance.

Built on Meisters Grit's accumulated technical materials, contents, and on-site response know-how related to painting, "MyGri-chan" can instantly answer questions and issues related to painting.
With "MyGri-chan," access to specialized knowledge is now possible in a "person-independent" manner. In addition to avoiding lost sales opportunities, two major changes have occurred.
- Improved operational efficiencyThe number of times the master craftsman had to stop work each time he responded to an inquiry was reduced.
- Facilitate learning and technical understanding: People who want to learn about painting techniques both inside and outside the company are now actively using the program to help them understand.
Even a trivial question is answered immediately, creating an environment that facilitates the resolution of questions that were previously reserved for "not good enough to ask a master craftsman. This case can be said to be one of the initiatives that concretely demonstrate "a future in which the manufacturing industry's technology and knowledge will be concentrated in Chatbot.
